Willpower v/s inspiring

Manager need to be inspiring as against individual contributor need to drive with will power.

Sense of urgency has its own dimensions and dynamics in both cases.

Goal, wine & soul

Aim to create 2016 goals in such a way....it makes your soul wine by end of 2016....

Inspire the leader?

Ganesha festival is big at my house. It takes almost a 3 months of perpetration. 2 days of setup time. In the end, on the day of festival to get up at early morning 4am to make final preparation.
My mother wake me up at 3.30 to get ready. By that time she would have completed half of the festival cooking. I ask the question.."who woke you up". Her response...."oh....I never slept".
You cant wake up the one who doesn't sleep. You cant inspire the one who is always inspired.

Its for leader to Inspire . But who will inspire the leader.

Leader doesn't need to be inspired .... he is always inspired by his mission.
